Please provide us with as much information as possible so that we can offer you a quick solution:
- The name of the relevant offer, program, section or lesson
- The URL link of the relevant offer, program, section or lesson
- The name or email address of the relevant member
- ...
Please also provide us with:
- Screenshots showing the problem or error message encountered
- A video showing the problem encountered (you can use the Loom app to record your screen)
