Notify inactive members
Some members may not log in to your school for several days.
SchoolMaker allows you to send an e-mail notification to your members after a certain period of inactivity.
Please follow the procedure below to notify inactive members.
Step 1: Click on "Settings" and then on "Members
Step 2: Activate the option "Inactive Member Notification Status" and then click on "Save"
Step 3: Select the inactivity period and then click on "Save"
Your members will receive an e-mail notification after this period of inactivity.
Members will be able to click on a link in the e-mail to return to the last lesson viewed.
Below is an example of the notification sent to inactive members:
