A member wants to cancel his subscription

Members can cancel his subscription directly in their profile settings.

Please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Access your profile settings

Click on your avatar in the top right-hand corner, then click on "Settings".

Step 2: Go to the "Billing" tab

Step 3: Click on “Cancel subscription”.

In the “Subscriptions” section, click on “Cancel subscription”.

They will have access to their content until the end of the current subscription cycle.
