Zapier - Search: Get details from a specific program

With Zapier, you can retrieve program details.

To do this, use the Get Program Details event.

Step 1: Select the SchoolMaker app

Once you've set up the trigger in your zap, select the "SchoolMaker" app.

Note: Select the "SchoolMaker" app, not the SchoolMaker (Legacy) app.

Step 2: Select the "Get Program Details" event

Step 3: Connect your SchoolMaker school to Zapier (if you haven't already done so)


  1. Click on "Sign In" in the "Account" field

  1. Add the secret key then click on "Save"

The signing secret is available in your school by clicking on Settings > Integrations.

Step 4: Configure your "Get Program Details" action


Enter the program ID in this field.

In the next steps of your Zap, you'll be able to retrieve the following information for this program:

  • The program ID
  • The program name
  • The program description
  • The program status (published or unpublished)
  • The position of the program among all your programs
  • The program creation date
  • The program update date
  • The total number of steps in the program
  • The number of steps completed by your members in this program
  • The overall progress rate of your members in this program
  • The time spent by your members in this program
