Zapier - Search: Get details from a specific offer

With Zapier, you can retrieve information from an offer.

To do this, use the Get Offer Details event.

Step 1: Select the SchoolMaker app

Once you've set up the trigger in your zap, select the "SchoolMaker" app.

Note: Select the "SchoolMaker" app, not the SchoolMaker (Legacy) app.

Step 2: Select the "Get Offer Details" event

Step 3: Connect your SchoolMaker school to Zapier (if you haven't already done so)


  1. Click on "Sign In" in the "Account" field

  1. Add the secret key then click on "Save"

The signing secret is available in your school by clicking on Settings > Integrations.

Step 4: Configure your "Get Offer Details" action


Enter the offer ID in this field.

In the following steps of your Zap, you will be able to retrieve the following information for this offer:

  • The offer ID
  • The offer name
  • The offer description
  • The offer price ID
  • The offer price amount
  • The currency associated with the offer price
  • The offer creation date
