Zapier - Search: Get information about your offers

With Zapier, you can retrieve information about your offers.

To do this, use the List Offers event.

Step 1: Select the SchoolMaker app

Once you've set up the trigger in your zap, select the "SchoolMaker" app.

Note: Select the "SchoolMaker" app, not the SchoolMaker (Legacy) app.

Step 2: Select the "List Offers" event

Step 3: Connect your SchoolMaker school to Zapier (if you haven't already done so)


  1. Click on "Sign In" in the "Account" field

  1. Add the secret key then click on "Save"

The signing secret is available in your school by clicking on Settings > Integrations.

Step 4: Configure your "List Offers" action


Select the relevant offer in this field.

In the following modules of your Zap, you can retrieve the following information for each offer:

  • The offer ID
  • The offer name
  • The offer description
  • The offer price ID
  • The offer price amount
  • The currency associated with the offer price
  • The offer creation date
