Zapier - Search: Get the list of coaching types

With Zapier, you can retrieve the list of your coaching types.

To do this, use the Get All Coaching Types event.

Step 1: Select the SchoolMaker app

Once you've set up the trigger in your zap, select the "SchoolMaker" app.

Note: Select the "SchoolMaker" app, not the SchoolMaker (Legacy) app.

Step 2: Select the "Get All Coaching Types" event

Step 3: Connect your SchoolMaker school to Zapier (if you haven't already done so)

1. Click on "Sign In" in the "Account" field

2. Add the secret key then click on "Save"

The signing secret is available in your school by clicking on Settings > Integrations.

Step 4: Configure your "Get All Coaching Types" action

Enter the Coaching type ID in this field.

In the following steps of your Zap, you can retrieve the following information for each coaching type:

• The ID of the coaching type
• The name of the coaching type
• The unit of the coaching type (session or minutes)
• The status of the coaching type (published or unpublished)
• The embed code of the coaching type calendar
• The creation date of the coaching type
• The update date of the coaching type
• The description of the coaching type
• The ID of the coach for this coaching type
• The email of the coach for this coaching type
• The first and last name of the coach for this coaching type
