Zapier - Search: Get member progress for each program

With Zapier, you can obtain the progress of a given member for each program.

To do this, use the Get Member Progress event.

Step 1: Select the SchoolMaker app

Once you've set up the trigger in your zap, select the "SchoolMaker" app.

Note: Select the "SchoolMaker" app, not the SchoolMaker (Legacy) app.

Step 2: Select the "Get Member Progress" event

Step 3: Connect your SchoolMaker school to Zapier (if you haven't already done so)

1. Click on "Sign In" in the "Account" field

2. Add the secret key then click on "Save"

The signing secret is available in your school by clicking on Settings > Integrations.

Step 4: Configure your "Get Member Progress" action

Enter the member's ID in this field.

In the following steps of your Zap, you'll be able to retrieve the following information for each program accessed by the member concerned:

• The program ID
• The program name
• The program description
• The program status (published or unpublished)
• The position of the program among all your programs
• The program creation date
• The program update date
• The total number of steps in the program
• The number of steps completed by the member in this program
• The member's progress rate in this program
• The time spent by the member in this program
