Zapier - Search: Find available offers for a specific member

With Zapier, you can find all the offers available for a given member.

To do this, use the Get Member Accesses event

Step 1: Select the SchoolMaker app

Once you've set up the trigger in your zap, select the "SchoolMaker" app.

Note: Select the "SchoolMaker" app, not the SchoolMaker (Legacy) app.

Step 2: Select the "Get Member Accesses" event

Step 3: Connect your SchoolMaker school to Zapier (if you haven't already done so)


  1. Click on "Sign In" in the "Account" field

  1. Add the secret key then click on "Save"

The signing secret is available in your school by clicking on Settings > Integrations.

Step 4: Configure your "Get Member Accesses" action


Enter the member's ID in this field.

In the next steps of your Zap, you'll be able to retrieve the following information for each offer accessed by the member concerned:

  • The ID of the member's access to this offer
  • The ID of the offer
  • The ID of the offer price
  • The amount of the offer price
  • The currency associated with the offer price
  • The type of offer price
  • The interval between two payments in the case of a payment in instalments or a subscription
  • The number of occurrences for the offer price
  • The member's status in the offer
  • The date the member was added to the offer
