Zapier - Search: Get Top 10 Members from gamification

With Zapier, you can get the top 10 members in the Community.

To do this, use the Get Top 10 Members in Leaderboard event.

Step 1: Select the SchoolMaker app

Once you've set up the trigger in your zap, select the "SchoolMaker" app.

Note: Select the "SchoolMaker" app, not the SchoolMaker (Legacy) app.

Step 2: Select the "Get Top 10 Members in Leaderboard" event

Step 3: Connect your SchoolMaker school to Zapier (if you haven't already done so)

1. Click on "Sign In" in the "Account" field

2. Add the secret key then click on "Save"

The signing secret is available in your school by clicking on Settings > Integrations.

Step 4: Configure your "Get Top 10 Members in Leaderboard" action

Select the desired period:

• All: Top 10 since gamification activation
• Last 30 days: Top 10 over the last 30 days
• Last 7 days: Top 10 over the last 7 days

In the following steps of your Zap, you can retrieve the following information:

• The total number of members participating in gamification
• The member's rank
• The member's ID
• The member's first name
• The member's last name
• The member's status
• The member's email
• The member's total number of points
