Zapier - Trigger: A member reaches a gamification level

With Zapier, you can trigger an automation when a member reaches a gamification level.

The structure of your automation will look like this:

  1. Trigger: SchoolMaker: a member reaches a gamification level
  2. Action: Do the desired action

Step 1: Select the SchoolMaker app

Click on Trigger:

Then select the SchoolMaker app:


Note: Select the "SchoolMaker" app, not the SchoolMaker (Legacy) app.

Step 2: Select the "Gamification Level Passed" event

Then specify the gamification levels that will trigger this scenario:

Step 3: Connect your SchoolMaker school to Zapier (if you haven't already done so)


  1. Click on "Sign In" in the "Account" field

  1. Add the secret key then click on "Save"

The signing secret is available in your school by clicking on Settings > Integrations.

Step 4: Configure the action of your Zap


Configure the rest of your Zap according to the action you wish to perform.

Examples:

  • Active Campaign: Add a member to an email sequence
  • Google Sheet: Add a row to a table
  • Slack: Send a message to a channel
  • ...
