Make - Action: Create a Coaching Appointment

With Make, you can create a coaching appointment for a given member.

This can be very useful for automating the creation of your appointments in SchoolMaker after each of your coaching sessions.

The structure of your scenario will look like this:

1. Trigger of your choice
2. Action: SchoolMaker: Create a Coaching Appointment

In the remainder of this article, we assume that you have already configured your trigger.

Step 1: Select the SchoolMaker module

After configuring the trigger in your scenario:

1. Click on "Add another module"
2. Select the "SchoolMaker" module

Note: Select the "SchoolMaker - verified" module, not the SchoolMaker (Legacy) module.

Step 2: Select the "Create a Coaching Appointment" action

Step 3: Connect your SchoolMaker school to Make (if you haven't already done so)

1. Click on "Create a connection"

2. Add the signing secret and click on "Save"

The signing secret is available in your school by clicking on Settings > Integrations.

Step 4: Configure your "Create a Coaching Appointment" module

1. Title: Indicate the title of your appointment or select the desired variable in a previous module
2. Description: Indicate the description of your appointment or select the desired variable in a previous module
3. Coaching Type: Select the type of Coaching concerned
4. Date: Indicate the date of your appointment or select the desired variable in a previous module
5. Duration (Hours): Indicate the number of hours of your appointment or select the desired variable in a previous module
   1. If your appointment lasted 1h30, indicate 1
6. Duration (Minutes): Indicate the number of minutes of your appointment or select the desired variable in a previous module
   1. If your appointment lasted 1h30, indicate 30
7. Published: Indicate the status of your appointment
   1. YES: Your appointment will be published
   2. NO: Your appointment will not be published
   3. EMPTY: No change of status will be made
8. Member Participants: Click on Map and select the members' "email" variable
9. Coaches: Select the coach(es) who delivered the coaching session
10. Save: Save the new configuration of your module
