Make - Trigger: A Member reaches a Gamification Level
With Make, you can trigger a scenario when a member reaches a gamification level.
To do this, use the SchoolMaker module of type Trigger: Watch School Events.
The structure of your automation will look like this:
- Trigger: SchoolMaker: a member reaches a gamification level
- Action: perform the desired action
Step 1: Select the SchoolMaker module
After configuring the trigger in your scenario:
- Click on "Add another module"
- Select the "SchoolMaker" module
Note: Select the "SchoolMaker - verified" module, not the SchoolMaker (Legacy) module.
Step 2: Select "Watch School Events
Step 3: Connect your SchoolMaker school to Make (if you haven't already done so)
Click on "Create a connection"
Add the signing secret and click on "Save"
The signing secret is available in your school by clicking on Settings > Integrations.
Step 4: Configure your "Watch School Events" module
Select the "Gamification level is passed by a member" event and save.
Then select the gamification levels that will trigger this scenario:
Step 5: Configure the action
Configure the rest of your scenario according to the action you want to perform.
Examples:
- Active Campaign: Add a member to an email sequence
- Google Sheet: Add a row to a table
- Slack: Send a message to a channel
- ...
