Connect Zapier to SchoolMaker
To connecte Zapier to your school, please follow the steps below.
⚠️ Prerequisite: You have to create a Zapier account on https://zapier.com
⚠️ Notes: The connection between SchoolMaker and Zapier requires the creation of a Zap in Zapier.
Step 1: Access your school's settings
- Go to your school's "Settings" by clicking on the gear in your administrator area
- Then click on the "Integrations" tab.
Step 2: Click on the Zapier integration link
In the "Zapier integration" section, click on your Zapier integration link.
The
Zapier Key and
Zapier Token will be requested when you create your Zap with the SchoolMaker app.
Step 3: Redirect to Zapier
- You will be redirected to a Zapier login page.
- Click on "Connect SchoolMaker to 6000+ apps
Note: you must first log in to your Zapier account.
Step 4: Create your Zap
The SchoolMaker app offers you two triggers and two actions:
- Trigger: Step completed: Allows you to do an action when a member validates a step
- Trigger: Member joining an offer: Allows you to do an action when a member joins an offer
- Action: Change Drip of members: Allows you to change the drip of a member in an offer
- Action: Manage access to offer: Allows you to activate or deactivate a member's access to an offer
