Add a coach responsible for corrections in a step
You can choose a coach to be responsible for corrections in a step.
The selected coach will receive a notification and will be able to validate and/or correct the member's answer.
In the following example:
- We've created a "Line of text" step in a lesson.
- We ask members the following question: "What is the capital of Spain ?"
- We've selected a coach responsible for corrections: Ronald SchoolMaker.
Note: The coaches who appear in the list are the administrators of your school.
What happens when a member answers this question?
A member has answered the question.
Note that the step does not appear with a colored background until it has been validated by the coach responsible for corrections.
Here are the steps to be followed by the coach responsible for corrections
Step 1: Click on the bubble in the top right-hand corner of the administrator interface
The selected coach will also receive an e-mail notification.
Step 2: Select the message received
The list of your private messages appears.
The item Validation👉 means that you must validate the member's asnwer.
The member's answer appears:
Step 3: Validate or refuse the member's answer
You can also answer directly to the member by adding a comment.
Tip:
You can also validate a member's answer directly from their user's dashboard.
What happens next on the member's side?
Whichever you choose ("Validate step" or "Refuse validation"), the member will receive notification by email and via SchoolMaker.
If you validate the member's answer, the step will then be considered validated.
The step will then appear with a colored background and the member's progress will be updated.
