Zapier - Action: Set offer details

With Zapier, you can modify certain elements of an offer:

• The offer name
• The offer description
• The offer status (published or unpublished)

The structure of your Zap will look like this:

1. Trigger of your choice
2. Action: SchoolMaker: Set Offer Details

In the rest of this article, we'll assume you've already set up your trigger.

Step 1: Select the SchoolMaker app

Once you've set up the trigger in your zap, select the "SchoolMaker" app.

Note: Select the "SchoolMaker" app, not the SchoolMaker (Legacy) app.

Step 2: Select the "Set Offer Details" event

Step 3: Connect your SchoolMaker school to Zapier (if you haven't already done so)

1. Click on "Sign In" in the "Account" field

2. Add the secret key then click on "Save"

The signing secret is available in your school by clicking on Settings > Integrations.

Step 4: Configure your "Set Offer Details" action

1. Offer ID: Select the relevant offer
2. Offer Name: Indicate the new name of your offer or select the desired variable in a previous step
3. Offer Description: Indicate the new description of your offer or select the desired variable in a previous step
4. Published: Indicate the new status of your offer
   1. True: Your offer will be published
   2. False: Your offer will not be published
5. Save: Save the new configuration of your step
