Configure access for an offer

• Programs
• Spaces
• Consultations
• Lives
• Coaching

For each access, you can determine a specific "access duration":

• Lifetime
• Subscription based
• Limited

In a given offer, you can add as many Programs, Spaces, Consultations, Lives and Coaching as you wish.

To configure the accesses of an offer, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Go to the "Offers" tab

Step 2: Select the relevant offer

Step 3: Click on the "Accesses" tab

Step 4: Add access to a Program

1. Select the program from the drop-down list
2. Select the access duration from the drop-down list. You have 3 possibilities:
   1. "Lifetime" access: members added to this offer will have lifetime access to the selected program.
   2. "Subscription based" access: members added to this offer will have access to the selected program as long as they pay their subscription.
   3. "Limited" access: members added to this offer will have access to the selected program for the number of days you indicate in the "Accessible for" block.
3. Add the Program to your offer

Step 5: Add access to a Community Space

1. Select the relevant Space from the drop-down list
2. Select the access duration from the drop-down list
3. Add the Space to your offer

Step 6: Add access to a Consultation category

1. Select the relevant Consultation category from the drop-down list
2. Select the access duration from the drop-down list
3. Add the Consultation category to your offer

Step 7: Add access to a Live type

1. Select the relevant Live type from the drop-down list
2. Select the access duration from the drop-down list
3. Add the Live type to your offer

Step 8: Add access to a Coaching type

1. Select the type of Coaching from the drop-down list
2. Select the access duration from the drop-down list
3. Indicate the number of Coaching sessions you wanr to allocate to members of this offer
4. Add the type of Coaching to your offer
