Use access granularity in an offer

This feature is very useful when you want to give partial access to the contents of an existing program.

You have created a Program A containing:

• Section 1
• Section 2
• Section 3

In an Offer 2, you want to give an access only to the section 1 of Program A.

It is not necessary to duplicate Program A in the case of Offer 2.

You can use access granularity to make only section 1 accessible in Offer 2.

To do this, please follow the process below:

Step 1: Go to the "Offers" tab

Step 2: Select the relevant offer

In this example, we'll configure access granularity in Offer 2.

Step 3: Click on the "Accesses" tab

Step 4: Add access to the relevant Program

Step 5: Click on the "filter" icon next to the relevant Program

Step 6: Select the relevant sections and lessons

Here, we select Section 1 only:

💡Tip:

You can add a link here to an Offer including access to the full Program, allowing your members to unlock the following sections.

Step 7: Click on "Save
