How to add members manually to your offers ?
To add members manually to an offer, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Clik on the "Offers" tab
In your Admin interface, click on the "Offers" tab.
Step 2: Select the offer
Step 3: Go to the "Members" tab
Click on the "Members" tab.
Step 4: Go to the add member menu
Click on "+ member".
Step 5: Add members manually with email address
You can add members in several ways:
Step 5.1: Add members manually
Method 1: This method is recommended if you wish to add a few members to your offer.
You must know the email address of the person you wish to add.
In the "Email" field of the "Add a member by email" section, enter the email address of the member you wish to add.
Then click on "Add".
Step 5.2: Add members manually via a .csv file
Method 2: This method is recommended if you wish to add several members to your offer at once (up to 500).
You must have a list of members in .csv format, encoded utf-8, which includes at least the "email" field.
Click on the "Choose a file" button.
Then select the .csv file on your computer.
Finally, click on "Import".
The members will be added to your offer.
They will receive an email with instructions on how to connect to your school.
⚠️ If your .csv list contains more than 500 members, divide it into several .csv files for import.
